I’ve had difficulty in moving beyond the 'Mansa' standard – Bisa Kdei

Image
Highlife artiste, Bisa Kdei has said that Ghanaians think his career is dead because he is finding difficulty in beating the standard that his song “Mansa” set for him. Bisa Kdei was a household name some years ago when he released “Mansa”. The song earned him awards and performing gigs in and out of the country.           However, that does not seem to be the case with the artiste. He is hardly heard although he keeps releasing songs from time to time. Speaking to Accra-based Hitz FM, Bisa Kdei indicated that “We are doing our best. It doesn’t mean we are not working. When people say I’m slow on promo now, I tell them it’s because ‘Mansa’ was too loud out there I admit it’s because of the buzz. As an artiste I am going to do my best to push Highlife music”.

These things bring armed rob...
